Cambodian Spring Rolls

Pork, carrots, onions, peanuts, and bean thread noodles wrapped in rice paper and deep fried.

Lettuce is the wrapped around spring rolls along with bean sprouts, mint leaves, cucumber, and basil leaves.

Then dipped in fish sauce, delicious! (We had chopsticks out for some reason, but didn’t use them as this is meant to be eaten by hand!)
