Macaroons!
French Macaroons either Dark Chocolate with Earl Grey or Milk Chocolate with Chai! Shells are egg whites, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, cocoa powder and almond flour. Fillings are cream with either tea then strained an mixed with the chocolate.
Chocolates
Milk and Dark chocolates in various shapes filled with caramel or passion fruit both made from scratch.

Chocolate Shell
Cacao Barry chocolate in a shell mold with gold colored confectionary dust. Great for display of other foods and edible!
