Anniversary Dinner

For our wedding anniversary, Rioja wine, steaks and corn cooked on the grill, mushroom risotto, tomato, basil and mozzarella. And of course Brownie pudding for dessert.

Butternut Squash Lasagna

Sage, spinach, onions, cognac, various tomatoes herbs/aromatics for the sauce, mozzarella, pecorina romano, and butternut squash. Heirloom tomato, mozzarella, basil from the garden, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, ground pepper on the side!

Local greens, Asparagus, grapes, drizzle of olive oil, and cracked pepper. Tomato, basil, mozzarella cheese.

Wedding Cake

Maine’s finest sweet strawberries from the father of the groom. Genoise cake imbibed with strawberry liquor syrup, middle layer of mousseline cream with vanilla and a little strawberry liquor. Strawberry puree and glaze. White chocolate disks for decoration.
