Tart shell with almond flour, flour, butter, sugar egg etc…
Filled with coconut rum soaked cake with coconut mousse over it.
Topped with pineapples and coconut rum, with a ring of Italian meringue.
Two smaller ones made with the extra ingredients, my favorite!
