Macaroons!

French Macaroons either Dark Chocolate with Earl Grey or Milk Chocolate with Chai! Shells are egg whites, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, cocoa powder and almond flour. Fillings are cream with either tea then strained an mixed with the chocolate.
