Bread Pudding

Apricot sourdough and multigrain bread pudding with ripe bananas, cognac, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and a rich caramel. Made with skim milk and whole eggs, no additional sugar added.

Wedding Cake

Maine’s finest sweet strawberries from the father of the groom. Genoise cake imbibed with strawberry liquor syrup, middle layer of mousseline cream with vanilla and a little strawberry liquor. Strawberry puree and glaze. White chocolate disks for decoration.
